Alloy Intercooler Upgrade [Mk3 Focus RS]

The mountune V2 Alloy Intercooler upgrade includes everything you need to optimise the performance of your mk3 Focus RS and is the foundation of further power upgrades.

Using a revised 12-row extruded lightweight tube and fin alloy core with high-flow cast end tanks for improved flow characteristics versus the OE item, the mountune alloy intercooler upgrade gives a substantial reduction in air charge temperature (ACT) with minimal pressure drop, ensuring optimum charge air temperature and therefore power.

The mountune alloy intercooler upgrade maximises performance within the RS' restrictive packaging space and features flag detailing on both end tanks and is available in a powder coated black finish, complete with mountune core-logo template for easy personalisation.

The intercooler is also supplied with cooling pack air deflectors that clip in to the rear of the lower grille, aiding optimum airflow through the core.
